Rocky Chow ships direct to consumers and will also be available for local Charlotte pickup at Oh My Soul Restaurant in Charlotte, NC.
Shipping orders will begin fulfillment with the November 10 release. Local pickup customers will receive an email when their order is ready, along with pickup details.
Because Rocky Chow is a frozen food product, please refrigerate or freeze it promptly upon receipt or pickup.
WHAT IF OUT OF STOCK?
Because Rocky Chow is a frozen, perishable food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or in a condition that makes the product unusable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
I would replace “WHAT IF OUT OF STOCK?” with “PRE-ORDER + LIMITED RELEASE”. That is far more useful right now and actually helps sell the scarcity of the first 100.
